I’ve always liked the shop and selection but I’ve also seen some grumpy attitudes from the staff and Keith himself. I’ve spent more money in this gun store than any other because they almost always have exactly what I want in stock. Their used Glock prices are usually pretty fair too.
I like Keith’s but the customer service kinda sucks. They’re either on the phone or yacking with people just hanging around. I’ve found the best way to get their attention is to have my money in my hand and make direct eye contact. After you have made contact they are VERY helpful. The store is too small for the volume of traffic they enjoy. The parking is a bit of a nightmare as well. I park on the side street and walk up the hill. The selection of stuff they have is huge. The displays look like they were put up with a shotgun. They know where everything is and will find what you want. Eventually. Used gun prices are decent but Keith likes his profit margin a bit too much on the new stuff.
Keith’s has the potential to be an absolutely awesome gun shop. That is if you can ever get someone there to help you. They are always busy which means profits are good, but sometimes at the expense of the customer. The selection is good and they often get guns that other stores in the area will not. Keith is very friendly and always good for a story. Overall, I would say that depending on the time of day, you may have a good or bad experience. I would like to see them either get more staff or have a “take a number” system, so people don’t get lost in the shuffle.

The staff are no different at events. They are just plain rude and act like you’re bothering them.
They have worked on several of my guns, always great work.
