Customer service is where they excel. They consigned a rifle, and got a good price for me. Also sold a Browning Hipower and I got more than I thought I would! They don’t hesitate to share good information, and treated me well as a female gun enthusiast. That hasn’t always happened at other stores. I’m a lifetime customer.
Northwest Armory is our go to gun store. One of the things we appreciate very much about the store is their efforts to make women feel welcome and to have more equipment designed with females in mind and programs for women only. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. .
Went in because I had heard about them on the radio. They seemed to be quite busy. I was looking for an AR-15-5.56 NATO, although at the recent gun show I bought a S&W-M&P AR-15-.22. I wound up with a younger salesperson and came down to two weapons that I couldn’t make up my mind which one I liked better. After spending approx. 2.5 hrs I decided that I needed to think it over. Salesman told me “No problem”. I went back to them the next day because of the way the salesman had answered all of my questions and did not put any pressure on me to buy any weapon.
Waited until the salesperson that had helped me the prior day was available. Told him which weapon I wanted and the spent, after he showed me the options the store had and listening to his advice on each, quite a bit more for a scope and mount. Very satisfied with this store and I will be back any further items I fine that I need or want.

I did not go in. Guess they don’t want business from law-abiding citizens who carry weapons!
